Dalton & Chris
We’re Dalton and Chris — two professional performers who met while sailing the seas as part of the cast of Grease the Musical on board a Royal Caribbean cruise ship. Chris played Danny Zuko, Dalton played Kenickie, and the rest is history.
Since then, we’ve remained great friends and continued performing in musicals across the UK and beyond (though not always on the same stage!). With years of combined industry experience we created Lightning Reels to help fellow performers showcase their talent.

Chris is a professional actor and creative with a passion for both performance and visual storytelling. After training and working across the UK and internationally, his credits include Sky in Mamma Mia, Link Larkin in Hairspray, and Danny Zuko in Grease on Royal Caribbean.
Back in 2018 whilst onboard the Royal ship, Chris discovered a love for photography and videography — a skill that quickly turned into a second creative career. With a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual rhythm, Chris brings sharp direction and cinematic polish to every reel we create. His goal? To help performers look and sound their best, while keeping the vibe relaxed and supportive.

Dalton is a musical theatre performer and vocal coach with a deep love for all things singing and sound. Alongside his stage career, he runs DW Vocal Coaching, helping singers build technique, confidence, and vocal versatility — something he brings directly into every Lightning Reels session.
Dalton’s theatre credits include Tommy DeVito in Jersey Boys (UK Tour & Norwegian Bliss), Kenickie in Grease (Royal Caribbean), and Christopher Columbus in Columbus: The Musical. With a passion for recording, performance, and helping others shine vocally, Dalton focuses on making sure every performer feels confident and supported — and that the final reel truly reflects their best self.
